We tested a few products for altering the color of brass cartridge cases. We were trying to make the brass black with household or kitchen products. Two options are shown in the image to the left. The cases on the left in the image resulted in a silver-gray color with pretty good color consistency. The cases on the right of the image are much darker, antique black. The coloring is inconsistent. we are testing various cleaning and polishing methods to create a fully antique-black case. These will likely be the first items we put out for purchase.
